Sustainability is an integral aspect of any profession, which include counselling. A sustainability plan is essential in ensuring that professional counselling practices operate in an economic, social, and responsible manner that benefits both the current and future generation. TUCEE plays a significant role in creating awareness and educating people on mental issues, environmental issues and also empowering people. The component of our sustainability plan includes but not limited to:

Step 1: Monitoring, Evaluation and Feedback System
TUCEE team implements monitoring, evaluation and feedback system to measure the effectiveness of our programmes, resource persons and clients’ satisfaction.

Step 2: Building stakeholders’ capacity in programme knowledge and skills for continuity.
Empowering this stakeholder is essential for continuity and a long term success in our organization. It allows a greater engagement, collaboration and innovation and help build a culture of shared ownership and responsibilities which creates a win-win situation for all parties involve.

Step 4: High social media presences
We leverage on social media platform and other digital tools to spread information about our projects and programmes. This also serves as a platform for sharing updates on the progress of the projects including pictures, videos and testimonials.
Creating websites, social media pages and blogs. Streaming our programmes on social media handles. Provision of self-help information on social media handles. Advertising our programmes on social media.
Step 5 Research, advocacy and reassessment
To advance our programmes, skills and knowledge through the development of scientific theories, concepts and ideas. This will enhance productivity, sustainability and social transformation. Human beings are dynamic and so are our needs.
Quantitative and qualitative research. Community and stakeholders forums. Site visits.
Step 6 Programme diversity to meet the needs of stakeholders.
Programme diversity is to help TUCEE develop customized programmes to meet the ever changing needs of our clients.
Implementation of programmed related research recommendations. Development of new programmes to meet clients needs.
