Empowering Futures Through Career Development

The Career Path Development Project is aimed at empowering youth with the necessary tools and insights to make informed, fulfilling career choices. In an ever-evolving job market, young people often struggle to navigate their career paths, understand their full potential, or even know where to start. The Seek Career Project aims to bridge this gap by offering career counselling, psychometric assessments, and mental health support to help young individuals make informed decisions that align with their skills, interests, and aspirations. With the increasing complexities of modern careers, young people need guidance and support to develop not only their technical skills but also their mental resilience and emotional intelligence. This project takes a holistic approach to career development, addressing both the psychological and practical aspects of career choice.

TUCEE Career Path Identification and Development Workshop

TUCEE Institute of Counselling and Technology recently conducted a Career Path Training and Personality Psychometric Test Administration for final year students of the ACCRA CLUSTER of PROJECT at The Lord’s Pentecostal Church International in Tabora, Accra. This event aligns with TUCEE’s mission to transform lives through counselling, education, and empowerment. The career development program likely focused on helping students identify their strengths, interests, and potential career paths. This initiative is similar to TUCEE’s recent efforts, such as leading over 700 teenagers in the Akuapem Cluster to identify their career paths. The program emphasizes talent identification and development, which is crucial for students preparing to enter the workforce or pursue higher education.
